1. Services Provided: MD Bugs offers pest control, weed maintenance, and commercial pest management services tailored to Arizona’s unique environmental needs. Services are provided as per the agreement made at the time of booking and may include one-time services or ongoing maintenance.

2. Booking and Payments: All bookings require confirmation via phone, email, or our online form. Service availability may depend on scheduling, weather, and other conditions.

‍Payments: Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. MD Bugs reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received on time.Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Service Guarantees:
‍We aim to provide high-quality, effective pest control and weed maintenance services. However, results may vary based on environmental factors, property conditions, and other variables outside of our control. Follow-up services may be required, depending on the severity and recurrence of issues. Any guarantees will be outlined specifically in the service agreement.
4. Customer Responsibilities Access to Property: Customers are responsible for providing access to their property at the scheduled service time. If the property is inaccessible, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
‍Preparation: MD Bugs may provide specific preparation guidelines before service (e.g., moving items, pet precautions). It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to these guidelines to ensure effective treatment.
‍Liability for Personal Belongings: MD Bugs is not liable for any damage to personal belongings not adequately protected before treatment.
5. Health and Safety :MD Bugs follows all safety regulations and uses EPA-approved products whenever possible. While we strive for environmentally friendly treatments, certain treatments may require caution regarding pets, children, and plants. We advise customers to follow any post-service instructions provided by our team.
6. Liability LimitationsTo the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Bugs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. MD Bugs will only be liable for direct damages to property caused by gross negligence during service delivery.
7. Privacy Policy: MD Bugs values your privacy. We may collect personal information necessary to provide services (such as contact information and service history). This information will not be shared or sold to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property: All content on the MD Bugs website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of MD Bugs and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
