We have used MD Bugs for our extermination service since we moved into our new home about 6 years ago. Appointment reminders are provided in advance, and there is great flexibility to tailor the scheduled treatment appointments. The office staff is very responsive by e-mail. The technicians that provide treatments are friendly, courteous of our property, and on time. The customer service has been responsive to requests for re-treatments or to address specific concerns, and make recommendations about adjusting the scheduled treatment frequencies and services. We recommend.
We were very concerned after seeing a Scorpion in our home. After calling multiple places, I was overwhelmed with who to choose. I felt like other places were using perfected sales pitches to get me to sign a multi-year contract or were trying to scare me into getting my whole house sealed which was thousands of dollars. I was referred to MD bugs and within the hour Derrick called me, calmed all my fears and squeezed me in his schedule the next day. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He’s been to our house now several times over the past few months and each time he does a fantastic job. He’s always on-time and will text me on his way. There was no long-term contract to sign and I didn’t feel he was trying to up-sell me on all sorts of additional services I didn’t need. He knows Arizona bugs well and is exceptional at his profession!! I highly recommend
