I’ve had MD bugs for 3 years now, when I say top notch service they’re the best. What I love is if you notice... something after they have done there service they will come back. I had an issue last year with cricket and they came back did an inspection and fixed the problem. I have the Pest butler service and that includes weeds etc they treat our berm area as well!Derek has been my technician the whole time I love him! We inherited this service provider from the previous owners of our new house and thought we would give them a try and... continue the service. I'm so glad we did! From the first phone call to switch the service to us to the technician performing our first service they were friendly, helpful and professional. I just mentioned that my husband was retired military and they automatically applied a military discount and did our first service for free. Since we moved in we have noticed very few creepy crawlies and they assured me if we ever had a problem they would come back and take care of it! We were notified by our HOA that our area had been hit by high winds and heavy rains and damage had been done to our... club house. Non residents were advised to get their residence checked for damage. I filled out the on line form to have our house checked and within 2 hours were notified that all was good with no leeks or damage. They also up-loaded about 12 pictures taken inside and outside reconfirming that there was no damage. We have used MD Bugs for a number of years for both house check and pest control and have found them very professional and responsive with detailed reports. Do not use this company if I can save just one person from being ripped off so be it they did not treat my house... properly with chemicals causing my existing termites to move to my laundry room which is attached causing damage and injury when my cabinets fell off the wall they did retreat it and offered me a year and 1/2 on my renewal fee for my warranty so they claimed!!!! but I found out later when I went to renew that they had canceled my contract!!!! do not use this company BEWARE...... also note there is no protection out there against companies like this so just word of mouth.... our legislators need to change things to protect the consumers I tried to contact owners John or Aaron they just hide behind the office staff and workers..... I have posted pictures of most of the damage also I have or thought I was a loyal and appreciated costumer as I have been with this company since 2005 never was I late with a renewal paymentread more
